Remarks: Not in good shape, looks like it came straight from a garage. Covers are heavily creased in some places, have some tears, what appear to be oil stains, and heavy edge wear. Some pages have oiled stains on the interior where someone thumbed through with his fingers covered in grease. Pages don't have any writing, but edges are absolutely covered in grease or oil.
