Remarks: Iem received in 5 days. Item played fine in one vcr but my more sophisticated vcr rejected as casette hinged door was dented and bent. I took the cassette apart and placed the tape and spindels in the shellnof a new vhs blank. Item now plays perfectly in both machines. I forgive the dealer as item received in a few days and it did play in one machine.
