Remarks: This book arrived quickly in the condition advertised. Great book, have used a few of the tactics described and they do work. A must read for those who want to be heard by their local government. I would order from this seller again.

Remarks: My book arrived promptly. My complaint is that this is the second of two volumes: there was nothing in the Amazon ad to indicate that I was purchasing Volume II; otherwise I would have looked for Vol. I instead. Also, the many plates in the book are not correctly placed. I like the book but am disappointed that the ad was not clear. Not a cheap purchase. Will not buy from seller again.
