I bought this book for a friend that is just starting his training to get his license. I was so impressed after flipping though it, that I ordered one for myself as a refressher. I highly recommend it.

I can't imagine ever needing another book on this subject. As the official FAA guide, this book covers everything from take off to landing. Especially interesting was the section on Emergency Landings. It covers everything from Engine failure, cabin fire, and having to land in water (ditching). A must have for any aviator, or aviation enthusiast!

This is an outstanding book for the new Certified Flight Instructor, walking you through each flight with a "primary" student and explaining why you should cover each event.
