Editor's Notes and Comments:

Product Description:
Braille edition of the popular bestseller. 'Let go of the idea that gentle, relaxed people can't be super-achievers,' advises Dr. Richard Carlson in his widely popular self-help book, DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF. In 100 chapters--each only a few pages long--Dr. Carlson shares his ideas for living a calmer, richer life. This book has been on the New York Times bestseller list for 38 weeks and is No. 3 on USA TODAY's Best-Selling Books list. Two small volumes in braille.

Amazon.com Review:
Got a stress case in your life? Of course you do: 'Without question, many of us have mastered the neurotic art of spending much of our lives worrying about a variety of things all at once.' Carlson's cheerful book aims to make us stop and smell--if not roses--whatever is sitting in front of our noses. Don't Sweat the Small Stuff... offers 100 meditations designed to make you appreciate being alive, keep your emotions (especially anger and dissatisfaction) in proper perspective, and cherish other people as the unique miracles they are. It's an owner's manual of the heart, and if you follow the directions, you will be a happier, more harmonious person. Like Stairmasters, oat bran, and other things that are good for you, the meditations take discipline. Even so, some of the strategies are kind of fun: 'Imagine the people in your life as tiny infants and as 100-year-old adults.' The trouble is, once you start, it's hard to stop.

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - "Bite-Sized" Words of Wisdom
"Don't Sweat the Small Stuff -- and it's all small stuff" offers a host of "bite-sized" words of wisdom. Richard Carlson offers a set of easy to digest...and easy to understand...principles.

Carlson's principles encompass concepts such as keeping things in perspective across life and making small positive changes to effect a large eventual change. Thoughtful and straightforward, this book offers food for thought that should appeal to a broad range of readers.

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - DISAPPOINTED, BUT THEY MADE UP FOR IT
I bought this book for a gift and it had been described as Like New. I was shocked when I received it to see that it had a price sticker on it and the pages were orange highlighted. I complained to the sender and they apologized and refunded my money plus shipping charge. They seemed sincere, so I would say give them a try.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - I liked this book...
My dear brothers and sisters who try to make it the best you can, just like me, in this thing call life, I feel you. I didn't buy this book. I heard about it years ago. I thought the title was corny, and the title seemed like it was cliche like in my mind. However, a co-worker lent it to me after seeing how I went through a job from hell after coming to the new place and other things happened to me as well. Well, I read this book. The ideas are very simple. There is something anyone can take away from. I like what it says about how we deal with stress, look at the past. For me that was very important. It seems to have the influence of Zen in a way that is very digestible for the common person.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - GREAT LITTLE BOOK!
Great little book. Very inspiring. A quick read. One of those books everyone should read. It will change your life.

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - Okay
While everything the book says is true, it's nothing you couldn't figure out with common sense or by reading any given page of the New Testament. It was an easy read, so I probably could've finished it at a book store in about an hour and saved myself some money.
