To be succinct this book is unique and distinct. The book caters to all needs whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert. This book does such a great job at arranging exercises from beginners tourney to difficult. The proofs are tedious regarding the congruent triangles. The proofs are tedious, if you are going to prove overlapping triangles observe which ones with the given info., partition them out, use crayons or colored pencils.
Solid geometry section is challenging there are some problems that involve using trig. in calculating the total area, lateral area, and volume of prisms and pyramids. There are exercises on frustums of cones, composite figures such as cones attached to cylinders and hemispheres. Great book one gripe is that there is a flaw when they talk about congruent triangle theorems they are too verbose, they dont say sas, sss, they just say if one triangle has 3 = sides to another triangle they are therefore congruent. This is one of the best books out on the market, I give this book 4 stars. Theres over a thousand exercises. Get this book cheaper if you can get it by buying plane and solid separately, but its worth it.
