Jamie Hunter (with the photographic help of Katsuhiko Tokunaga) has created a book which depicts the final in-service appearances of the F-4 Phantom II. While this is primarily a picture book the captions and interviews with Phantom pilots provides enough "background color" to go with the stunning colour photos which abound in this must have book for Phantom fans. Air forces covered here are: USAF, Luftwaffe, Greece, Japan, Egypt, Korea, Iran and Turkey. While the layout of the photos is a little chaotic this is more than made up for with the quality of the colour reproductions and the variety of angles from which this supremely photogenic airplane has been shot. If you have any interest at all in the F-4 make sure of your copy of this beautiful book - you won't be disappointed.
