A nicely presented glossy book but lacking in some real in depth Resto-Mod design. Effectively a collection from all the car mags of some of the Resto-Mod photos out there, but no construction details of note. The book is bulked out with some Resto-Rods and history at the end but if updated, creative American Muscle is what you think this book is about, shop elsewhere. Overall I was disappointed and have to say that I feel this book, while promising so much, delivers so little - a hastily constructed book to cash in on the current wave of Resto-Mod interest without the in depth, hands on feel of, say, Overhaulin'. You'll glance through it a couple of times but you'll not read it to death.
