This is one of the better twistaplot books that I have read. The main character is getting on a train to take a trip to visit her Aunt Kate in Twin Falls, Idaho. On the platform, she sees a man with a facial scar and a beautiful woman holding a pet carrier. After getting a last-second kiss from her mother the main character boards the train and discovers that there are only three open seats available. One is by scarface, another by the beautiful woman and the third by an elderly lady that is scowling over her knitting. This is the very first decision in a series of options that take you through multiple adventures.
Aspects of the adventures include: the pet carrier contains a giant, poisonous snake; in others there are jewel thieves with undercover cops trying to catch them, remote control computers, an cowboy armed with six-guns, a vampire and a remote controlled robot. With all of these options and the style of the plotlines, this is a book that will interest the young reader.
